class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pardons or commutes the sentences of all 1500 domestic terrorists who were convicted related to the Jan 6th insurrection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removes the security clearances of 51 intelligence personnel in retaliation for signing a letter saying that there wasn&#8217;t any issue with Hunter Biden&#8217;s laptop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removes John Bolton&#8217;s security clearance in retaliation for his book<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calls for disciplinary action to be taken against anyone else outside of those 51 people who had any connection to the letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>States that no rules or regulations can be proposed until Trump or an associate reviews and approves it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nothing can be sent &nbsp;to the Office of the&nbsp;<em>Federal Register<\/em>&nbsp;(the \u201cOFR\u201d) until Trump or an associate reviews and approves it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immediately withdraw any rules &nbsp;that have been sent to&nbsp;the assaulted the capital police, the man who shot a gun outside of the capital, etc. Violent and &#8220;non-violent&#8221; actors, alike, either a blanket pardon or sentence commutation for every person <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"executive-order-holding-former-government-officials-accountable-for-election-interference-and-improper-disclosure-of-sensitive-governmental-information\">Executive Order: \u201cHolding former government officials accountable for election interference and improper disclosure of sensitive governmental information\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TL;DR firing  and revoking security clearances for  anyone who didn\u2019t buy the Hunter\u2019s Laptop scam, and John Bolton<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims that \u201c51 former intelligence officials coordinated with the Biden campaign to issue a letter discrediting the reporting that President Joseph R. Biden\u2019s son had abandoned his laptop at a computer repair business. &nbsp;Signatories of the letter falsely suggested that the news story was part of a Russian disinformation campaign\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accuses Former National Security Advisor John R. Bolton of putting national security at risk by publishing his memoir criticizing Trump<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revokes of any active or current security clearances held by the 51 people who signed the letter, as well as John Bolton\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Note: Each of the people who signed the letter are named in the Exec order. Being that these are intelligence officers, that could potentially put them in danger, so there\u2019s that<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within 90 days, the Director of National Intelligence must provide Trump with a report related to \u201cany additional inappropriate activity that occurred within the Intelligence Community, by anyone contracted by the Intelligence Community or by anyone who held a security clearance, related to the letter signed by the 51 former intelligence officials\u201d, as well as disciplinary action that should be taken \u201cagainst anyone who engaged in inappropriate conduct related to the letter signed by the 51 former intelligence officials\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"memorandum-regulatory-freeze-pending-review\">Memorandum: \u201cRegulatory freeze pending review\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/presidential-actions\/2025\/01\/regulatory-freeze-pending-review\">https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/presidential-actions\/2025\/01\/regulatory-freeze-pending-review<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No rules or regulations can be proposed until Trump or an associate reviews and approves it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nothing can be sent &nbsp;to the Office of the&nbsp;<em>Federal Register<\/em>&nbsp;(the \u201cOFR\u201d) until Trump or an associate reviews and approves it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immediately withdraw any rules &nbsp;that have been sent to&nbsp;the OFR but not yet published in the&nbsp;<em>Federal Register<\/em>, so that they can be reviewed and approved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"executive-order-ending-the-weaponization-of-the-federal-government\">Executive Order: \u201cEnding the weaponization of the federal government\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/presidential-actions\/2025\/01\/ending-the-weaponization-of-the-federal-government\">https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/presidential-actions\/2025\/01\/ending-the-weaponization-of-the-federal-government<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>States that the previous administration \u201cengage[d] in a systematic campaign against its perceived political opponents, weaponizing the legal force of numerous Federal law enforcement agencies and the Intelligence Community against those perceived political opponents in the form of investigations, prosecutions, civil enforcement actions, and other related actions\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accuses the Biden administration of targeting \u201cindividuals who&nbsp;voiced opposition to the prior administration\u2019s policies with numerous Federal investigations and politically motivated funding revocations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims that someone &#8220;was put in jail for posting a political meme&#8221;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This appears to be in reference to Douglass Mackey, who was convicted &nbsp;in the charge of Conspiracy Against Rights due to his plan to \u201cdeprive individuals of their constitutional right to vote\u201d in the 2016 election. He had a following of 58k on twitter, and &nbsp;February 2016 analysis by the MIT Media Lab ranked him as the 107th most important influencer of 2016 Presidential Election. He conspired with other twitter influences to spread false messages from Sept to Nov of 2016 that encouraged supporters of Hilary Clinton to vote via text, including memes with a fake number to text, and a fine print \u201cdisclaimer\u201d about needing to be 18 to vote, not valid in territories, etc. He was sentenced to 7 months in prison<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whines that \u201c the Department of Justice has ruthlessly prosecuted more than 1,500 individuals associated with January 6, and simultaneously dropped nearly all cases against BLM rioters\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order is stated to \u201cset forth a process to ensure accountability for the previous administration\u2019s weaponization of the Federal Government against the American people\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Priority is to \u201cidentify and take appropriate action to correct past misconduct by the Federal Government related to the weaponization of law enforcement and the weaponization of the Intelligence Community\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must then provide a report with \u201crecommendations for appropriate remedial actions to be taken to fulfill the purposes and policies of this order\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Director of National Intelligence must do the same, re the Intelligence Community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accuses the Biden administration of \u201ctrampl[ing] free speech rights by censoring Americans\u2019 speech on online platforms, often by exerting substantial coercive pressure on third parties, such as social media companies, to moderate, deplatform, or otherwise suppress speech that the Federal Government did not approve\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accuses that \u201cunder the guise of combatting \u201cmisinformation,\u201d \u201cdisinformation,\u201d and \u201cmalinformation,\u201d the Federal Government infringed on the constitutionally protected speech rights of American citizens across the United States in a manner that advanced the Government\u2019s preferred narrative about significant matters of public debate\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders the Attorney General to \u201cinvestigate the activities of the Federal Government over the last 4 years that are inconsistent with the purposes and policies of this order\u201d and give Trump a report
